3: Residents Wanted - 1 mth / long term

3 people will live in CHOCA House 2 - either a, short term or b, long term ( minimum 2 months ). All expenses - rent, food, bills are simply divided by the residents.


PRICE per RESIDENT per MONTH = 450€ - This is an estimate based on what we paid in 2012 so it might be a little more / less.

- 250€ each, APARTMENT RENT:  (750€ a month divided by 3)

- 100€ FOOD: the participants of the workshops often pay with food so there is always plenty :) . Every1 has their own food cupboard so u can buy ur own extra

- 100€ BILLS  - Electricity, gas, water, wi-fi

= 450€ per resident per month

LONG TERM RESIDENT - minimum 2 months
Each long-term resident must pay 2 months rent -  1st month + deposit ( ie 500€)
When u leave u get your deposit back by arranging ur replacement. ( we all help with this )

Therefore 1st month = 700€ / thereafter = 450€ per month. 250€ returned when leaving from your replacement resident
